A prescription is required for CPAP and BiPAP devices, oxygen concentrators, and more

In compliance with FDA regulations, we require a valid prescription from customers who wish to purchase certain products through our site. This includes CPAP and BiPAP devices, CPAP masks, oxygen concentrators, nebulizers etc.

For CPAP and BiPAP:

Your prescription must contain the information below in order to be considered valid:

• Diagnosis code
• Exactly which device(s) and/or therapy is being prescribed
• If purchasing a CPAP/BPAP/APAP machine:
  Prescribed pressures and related settings
• Prescribing doctor's information
• Patient name
• Patient date of birth

For oxygen:

Your prescription must contain the information below in order to be considered valid:

• Diagnosis code
• Exactly which device(s) and/or therapy is being prescribed
• If purchasing a concentrator:
  Prescribed LPM and Frequency
• Prescribing doctor's information
• Patient name
• Patient date of birth
